NCPA Div 3 - Bressingham Flyers 4, Bob Carter Centre 1 (56-49)
Weather - very hot day, cooled off sharply halfway through the match.
A terrific win for us against table topping BC Centre (only one loss all season). We were too lazy to set up the floodlights... just about got away with it (not next week though).
Mini match report - had to borrow Jenny's boules as I had forgotten mine. Myself/Darren/Luke scooped a win to even the score after the triples. Russ/Jenny played well together in a high scoring affair, Darren/Luke played out of their skins to bring home the bacon while Liz/Mick closed the show with sheer grit and determination. Thank you to helpers and supporters that turned up (Lindsay/Les/Cyril/Diane and an unnamed woman). Good to see Jenny and Mike playing again.

This win is for Les as he had badly injured his shoulder the night before and may be out of action for a while.
This was a top game for all to get a good win from the top players .So thank to you all
