Bloomers spirited comeback
The Hunters 1, Bloomers 2 (32-30)
After getting dumped 13-4 in the triples, Bloomers fought back with two wins in the second phase of games. Mick and Liz winning their game 13-10 while Darren chalked up another win in the singles. Bloomers have now gained 5 points from 4 matches.

Oddballs beaten
The Hunters 2, Oddballs 1 (33-24)
Dave/Pat/Cyril won 13-7, Dave/Pat lost 13-4, Cyril lost 13-7
The venue was impressive (two terrains on a plateau) with work still in progress. Our opponents were jolly.
Pat pointed in well, most noticeably in the triples. Cyril played his first competitive singles match ever. So, Oddballs have now picked up 8 points from 4 matches.
I was saddened to hear today that Peter Atkins from the Diss Vikings had passed away after a long illness.

City of Norwich Winter League
Bloomers 1, The Hunted 2
Some Oddballs watched for a while but left after the triples to go about their duties. Darren was the only winner on the day. Support as usual from Les and Diane.
The Hunters v Oddballs postponed
Our doing as we only had two players available at best. The match has been rearranged for Sunday 7th.
Sunday, 16 November 2014
Bressingham v Bressingham
Bloomers 1, Oddballs 2 (21-35)
Weather - dull, bordering on cold, dry.
Both teams just managed to raise a team due to all sorts of things. Oddballs continued their bright start to the season with some good all round performances. Les and Diane turned up to watch the action unfold. Last we heard, Russ was still in hospital - we wish him a speedy recovery.
Next scheduled matches (Nov 30th) - Oddballs away at The Hunters whilst Bloomers entertain The Hunted.
Sunday, 2 November 2014
Oddballs and Bloomers both in action
City of Norwich Winter League Div 2
Oddballs 2, The Hunted 1,
G2 2, Bloomers 1
Weather - mild with showers.
Oddballs slipped up in the triples but recovered well in the second round of games. Pat played consistently well in the singles according to one eye witness. Nice to see Lindsay playing the occasional game again. Our opposition were one of the friendliest teams we have ever encountered. Also thanks to Les and Diane who spurred us on.
On the slant and a bit messy. |
Liz and Mick picked up a point for Bloomers in the other match. The teams play each other in two weeks time - should be a laugh.

Magnificent comeback in the triples sets up win
NCPA Winter League Div 2 - Oddballs 3, G2 0
The season kicked off with an excellent win for Oddballs consisting of Pat, Cyril, Mike, Jenny and myself.
In the triples, the game was turned upside down when Cyril, shot one of his opponents boule to set up a 5 for the home side (they were trailing 11-0 at the time). Near the end, G2 had an opportunity to steal the match themselves but their chance came and went. Pat came to life in the latter stages and accurately pointed in complete the comeback.
Good wins also for Cyril and Mike in the pairs and Dave in the singles gave Oddballs all three points (1 point gained for every game won).
Thank you to all that turned up to watch.
Next time - our other team Bloomers (not Bloaters!) are away at G2 while Oddballs entertain The Hunted from Strumpshaw.

Two things
Post season friendly - Yarmouth Bloaters 5, Bressingham Flyers 0
This match was the return leg of the pre season friendly which we lost 3-2. I have no details of individual scores as I wasn't there.
Other news - Luke is now 10 and there is a cake (made by mum and co.) to prove it. Enough there for the whole team!

Post season stuff
Recent news - Six of us attended a petanque event on Sunday, in aid of a youth project. This was held at the New Eccles Hall School and played out on an odd shaped area of gravel, sloping this way and that.
Les and Diane finished third after a play off, winning 5 out of 6 games in total. Liz and Mick won 3 from 5 while bloggers Dave and Lindsay won 2 from 4 (and one bye due to an odd number of teams).
We wish Les well after his shoulder operation yesterday. Hope to see him playing again early in the new year.
Old news - Bressingham were narrowly beaten 3-2 by Crown Inn Snape in the last 16 of the Suffolk Coastal League play-offs. The team that day was Russ, Pat, Liz and Mick. Good effort by all.

We're up! - report
Weather - nice evening after a very warm day.
NCPA Div 3 - Bressingham Flyers 4, Bob Carter Sports 1 (58-32)
A climatic end to the season saw Bressingham notch up their eighth consecutive league win against second placed BC Sports, to secure automatic promotion to division two. A fantastic achievement considering most of us have only been playing for a couple of years or so. Ironically, our only loss at home in the league was against Norwich Stars who finished at the foot of the table. Well done to everyone at the club throughout the season including helpers, catering staff and supporters.

Going to the wire
Friday, 5 September 2014
News from last night
Weather - no wind, nice temperature
NCPA Div 3 - Bressingham Flyers 3, Buckaneers 2 (51-43)
Excellent wins for Russ/Mike/Jenny in the triples, Darren/Russ and Pat/Dan in the pairs. Two more wins would seal promotion for us.
Thank you to Liz and Mick who cut the grass and did a bit of tidying beforehand. They also found my set of boules under the bench that I didn't even know I had lost!
ASCL Update (last 16) Crown Inn Snape v Bressingham (at Huntingfield) Sunday 7th September. The team will consist of Pat, Russ, Liz and Mick.

(Not) Match of the Day
NCPA Division 3 - S. F. Wanderers 2, Bressingham Flyers 3 (57-56)
Weather - dry evening, cool.
It was a full terrain with three matches on the go at once. We played on the dimly lit area near the fence (same for both teams). David from the opposition used a torch when measuring. The pistes played erratically (no excuses) so we were happy to be tied at 1-1 after the triples. Two wins in the pairs gave us the points to keep us right up there. Wallabies are a nice bunch.
No match next week.

Weird weekend stuff
Kath Watts Charity Pairs Competition
Saturday - four of us from Bressingham were there. Les and I started well with two wins (26-6 aggregate) but then some sort of space-time continuum caused two back to back 13-0 losses (ridiculous, unheard of, unprecedented)! We'll get over it. Liz and Mick meanwhile plodded along nicely winning three out of four games. A fair bit of money was raised for the cause.
ASCL Mosaic Division
Sunday - sounds like the team lost 3-1 against Carleton Colville in the penultimate group stage match. Good to see Harry (aged 9) get a game. Les and Diane cheered from the sidelines.
Friday, 15 August 2014
Tight at the top
Weather - turned out to be a nice evening. Attendance - 19,000
NCPA Division 3 - Bressingham Flyers 3, Diss Vikings 2 (44-46)
Les passed a late fitness test. After two fine wins in the triples came two heavy losses in the pairs. So for the second week running, it was left for Liz and Mick to save the day with a hard earned victory in their game.
Sunday, 10 August 2014
Coastal update
ASCL Mosaic Division - Bressingham 4, Laxfield Ladies 0
Wasn't at the match but was told the result. Individual game scores are still a bit sketchy but it looks like it was fairly plain sailing apart from Pat and Jenny's game that finished 13-12. Mike, Liz, Mick were the other victors so well done to them. This win almost certainly secures our place in the qualifying stages even with two matches left to play.
Thursday, 7 August 2014
Flyers stay in touch
Weather - dry, nice evening amidst the low flying aircraft
NCPA Divison 3 - Bob Carter Leisure 2, Bressingham Flyers 3 (45-60)
Happy with the victory. Again, good wins in both the triples with Mike playing particularly well. Liz and Mick provided our only win in the pairs but that was enough to give us the points.
On the same night on the same ground, Bob Carter Sports beat bottom club Norwich Stars 4-1 to stay in second place with Bressingham just behind (pending the Buckaneers/Norwich White result).
Friday, 1 August 2014
Out of plate
NCPA KO Plate Q/F - Bressingham Flyers 2, Buckaneers 3 (41-56)
Weather - nice to begin with then a shower, cool, then fine again. Attendance 22 (includes players).
Excellent wins in both triples set us up nicely. However, our opponents fought back well in the pairs to level. The remaining game under the lights, was a tense, long and drawn out affair (but never boring) which finally went the way of Buckaneers, securing them a place in the semi-final.
Nice effect from the rain shower |
Sky, our new dog mascot behaved impeccably throughout.
Thursday, 24 July 2014
Third v top result
NCPA Div 3 - Bressingham Flyers 4, Bob Carter Centre 1 (56-49)
Weather - very hot day, cooled off sharply halfway through the match.
A terrific win for us against table topping BC Centre (only one loss all season). We were too lazy to set up the floodlights... just about got away with it (not next week though).
Mini match report - had to borrow Jenny's boules as I had forgotten mine. Myself/Darren/Luke scooped a win to even the score after the triples. Russ/Jenny played well together in a high scoring affair, Darren/Luke played out of their skins to bring home the bacon while Liz/Mick closed the show with sheer grit and determination. Thank you to helpers and supporters that turned up (Lindsay/Les/Cyril/Diane and an unnamed woman). Good to see Jenny and Mike playing again.
Messy/rushed scorecard as usual |
This win is for Les as he had badly injured his shoulder the night before and may be out of action for a while.
Thursday, 17 July 2014
Seven wins/four losses
NCPA Div 3 - Bressingham 4, Diss Duval 1
Weather - perfect evening for T shirts and pétanque.
Nice win, especially after last weeks drubbing. Strangely, all three pairs games finished at the same time (and it was still light).
Remember, fixtures/results/tables can be viewed here... http://www.ncpa.webeden.co.uk/ Tables are normally updated by Monday evening.
Wednesday, 16 July 2014
Out of cup
Weather - quite a nice evening.
ASCL Cup Quarter Final - Bressingham 1, Gt. Finborough 3
Les and Darren were the only winners for us on the night against arguably their two best players (Andy and Darren). In the second round of games, Les and I had a chance to score at least a four (and give us a healthy lead) had our opponents boule been removed. Instead, my holding boule was hit by mistake and it gave them the point (sufferin' succotash). Light was fading fast near the end. Scorecard to follow.
Another match on Thursday - Diss Duval at home (they beat us 4-1 earlier in the season).
Friday, 11 July 2014
Boules behaving badly
NCPA Div 3 - Norwich White 5, Bressingham Flyers 0 (65-35)
Weather - started off dry then the rain came along. Liz and Mick got drenched as they were last to finish.
Closer than the score suggests (except for the games Pat and I played in). Pat's boules were playing up, so she swapped them over at half time for a heavier set. Scorecard to follow as there seems to be a discrepancy with the points total (not that it matters that much). So that's - zero points and a minus five games difference. Probably drop a couple of places :(
Sunday, 6 July 2014
Full steam ahead
ASCL - Rumburgh Buck 0, Bressingham 4 (18-52)
Well done to Russ and co on our latest win and a +34 points difference to boot! We are due to play Gt. Finborough soon in the quarter finals of the ASCL Plate KO which will be our toughest test yet.
Saturday, 5 July 2014
Bressingham through to next round
NCPA Plate Round 2 - Bob Carter Leisure 1, Bressingham Flyers 4 (47-63)
Weather - lovely (T shirts worn).
Three changes from last week - Les/Liz/Mick were rested. In came Pat/Cyril/Darren.
Me/Darren/Dan fought back from 10-3 down to win our triples (some impressive scooter shooting from Darren) while Pat/Cyril/Russ just made it to the finishing line in theirs.
There's a coastal league match on at the Rumburgh Buck this Sunday. Darren/Russ/Liz/Mick will be representing us this time. We top the group at the moment with 4 wins and 2 draws.
Sunday, 29 June 2014
Nine boules triple
Weather - Fairly warm, rain at first.
Other news - Norfolk beat Suffolk (played at Bury) 25 wins to 15 with one of our team members Les (plus Enzo and John Fisher) winning a magnificent four from five. The match was shortened due to heavy rain.
Friday, 27 June 2014
Flyers bounce back
NCPA Div 3 Bob Carter Sports 2, Bressingham Flyers 3 (49-54)
Weather - some cloud but generally a nice evening (T shirts/sweatshirts needed only).
A good win especially after last weeks disappointing loss. In our triples, Peter Hardy won the game for the opposition with a brilliant spot carreau to give them the three points they needed. Dan and I lost both games but we needn't have worried as the others did the business to move us up into second place. I ended up with the oppositions scorecard in error (so not my handwriting).
Bob Carter Leisure 4, Diss Vikings 1
Diss Duval 2, Buckaneers 3
S.F. Wallabies 1, Bob Carter Centre 4
Sunday, 22 June 2014
Winning run ends with a bump
NCPA Div 3 - Bressingham Flyers 1, Norwich Stars 4 (51-52)
Weather - cool but pleasant evening.
Recent form suggested this would be a fifth straight win for Flyers but Stars performed really well and came away with a deserved victory (only their second of the season).
We play second placed Bob Carter Sports next, up at Drayton.
Sunday, 15 June 2014
Bressingham a step closer
ASCL Mosaic Division - Bressingham 3, Walberswick 1
Weather - cool, dry, windy. Good win - sitting pretty at the top of our geographic division at the moment with 4 wins and 2 draws with four matches remaining. The top two teams will progress to a KO stage.
Liz/Mick won 13-9, Dave/Les won 13-3
Pat/Russ won 13-4, Darren/Luke lost 13-9
Friday, 13 June 2014
Flying the flag
NCPA Div 3 - Buckaneers 2, Bressingham Flyers 3 (50-50)
Weather - lovely evening, no wind.
A fourth straight win for us (scores to follow). A bit of a mixed bag in individual performances though, Darren the only one showing any signs of consistency. We lost a six in our triples (Dave/Darren/Les) but managed to get to 13 points first. Liz and Mick didn't get a look in, in their game while Cyril/Russ came back from 8-1 down to win theirs. With the match finely balanced at 2-2, Darren/Les produced the win of the night defeating Richard and Roz 13-4.
After the game, we were treated to a pasta twists meal. Thank you to the Morley Buck new owners and Buckaneers captain Margaret who remembered I was a veggie.
Next match is at home against Norwich Stars (same night as England/Uruguay, hey ho).
Monday, 9 June 2014
Provisional triumph at the Low House
ASCL Mosaic Division - Laxfield A 1, Bressingham 3
It has been rumoured that we beat Laxfield A on Sunday which I am very pleased about, as this was potentially a banana skin of a fixture. Just need Russ our captain to confirm it (with scores).
From what Les tells me, Liz/Mick won both their games and Les/Russ won one each. Well done to all those involved.
Friday, 6 June 2014
Sky high Flyers
NCPA Division 3 - Bressingham Flyers 5, Bob Carter Leisure 0 (65-29)
Weather - nice evening.
Without doubt, our best team performance this season (possibly ever!). We were scoring four, fives and sixes to finish off games, quite unusual. It was also the quickest match of the campaign. We have now moved up to third (so everyone keeps telling me) above Diss Duval, who unexpectedly lost 4-1 at whites on the same night. We just now need to improve our away form - Buckaneers next.
Messy score card |
Diane hasn't been well of late so that win is for her.
Old news - we had four players representing us at St. Faiths last Sunday. Dave and Mick came back well to win three games from five and Les and Dan chalked up one win and some close losses. The playing surface was like concrete in places and I messed up big time in some early plays (sorry Mick).
Sunday, 1 June 2014
A Cock 'n' Boules story
ASCL Shield KO 2nd Round - Bressingham 3, Cock 'n' Boule I 1
Good win, now through to the quarters against either Thorpeness or Gt. Finborough.
Pat/Les lost 13-12 (they gave five away on the last end... tut tut), Dave/Mick won 13-2
Dave/Pat won 13-6, Les/Mick won 13-1
Friday, 30 May 2014
Fledglings fly the nest
NCPA Division 3 - Bressingham Flyers 4, S.F. Wallabies 1 (63-40)
Weather - grey skies, quite warm, little wind.
A sparkling display from the team help put our games/points difference back in the black. There were some terrific shots from Cyril and Darren that closed the games out. Nice to see Luke playing again (must be the school holidays). We also wore our new burgundy team strip for the first time - looks pretty neat.
Match this Saturday is home against Cock 'n' Boules I in the second round of the ASCL Shield KO tournament.
Saturday, 24 May 2014
It's a funny old game Saint
NCPA Division 3 - Diss Vikings 2, Bressingham Flyers 3 (43-58)
Weather - lovely evening to start with. Some rain later on but still an enjoyable evening with a couple of amusing incidents (one confusing and messy end/floodlights switched off by mistake).
Pat/Cyril/Russ somehow recovered from an 8-0 deficit, allowing their opponents to notch up only one more point. This turned out to be a pivotal moment in the match. Dave and Mick won well in the pairs to give Bressingham the match. A shame to see only one original Viking in their line up.
In the other game, Diss Duval beat Norwich Stars 3-2.
We host Wanderers SF Wallabies next time.
Sunday, 18 May 2014
Thursday night is pétanque night
Friendly - Bressingham 3, Kettleburgh/Framlingham 2 (41-45)
Weather - nice evening.
Our match against Bob Carter Leisure was cancelled last Thursday as our opponents were unable to field a team, so I arranged a last minute friendly against Kettleburgh (and Derek and Iris from Framlingham). There was also time for an interim triple of myself, Darren and Dan which finished 9-7 in our favour. Pat, Liz and Mick won both their games in impressive style. Some of us got thrashed!
Pat/Liz/Mick won 13-7, Les/Diane/Dan lost 13-0
Pat/Les won 13-8, Dave/Darren lost 13-2, Liz/Mick won 13-4
Thank you to Richard, Deborah, Geoff, Paul, Derek and Iris for making the trip over. We're over at Diss again next week against the Vikings.

Back on track
ASCL Mosaic Division - Bressingham 4, Carlton Crown 0
After a recent run of disappointing results (there was no match last Thursday) Bressingham put in a very good performance against the team from Carlton Colville (formerly Three Horseshoes North Cove).
The visitors had to default one game 13-0 as their captain was stuck in London. However, it didn't start off too well for us though as Russ and I went 7-0 behind. A mistake by our opponents in the next end gave us a vital point. After that we slowly took control. Some fine performances in the other games too.
Russ/Dave won 13-9, Darren/Pat won 13-4, Russ/Pat won 13-3, Dave/Darren won 13-0 by default
Other news - at the Russell Harris Fun Pairs at St. Faiths, Les and Diane suffered only one loss in five games to claim second place overall. On the same day, Darren and Luke did really well to beat Derek and Jessica Shoesmith.

Away day blues
NCPA Division 3 - Bob Carter Centre 3, Bressingham Flyers 2 (60-50)
This match was played on a Tuesday evening (by the request of our opponents). Cyril, Pat and Dan agonisingly missed out on a triples win which would have levelled the scores. In the pairs, spirited comebacks from Darren/Dan and Cyril/Pat gave the team some joy and helped our games difference deficit.
Monday, 28 April 2014
All square at Laxfield
ASCL Mosaic Division - Laxfield Ladies 2, Bressingham 2 (35-41)
After only two games, Laxfield Ladies have picked up the same amount of points as they did all of last season, so well done to them. Bressingham now have four points from three games.
Friday, 25 April 2014
Nice pistes, wrong result
NCPA Division Three - Diss Duval 4, Bressingham Flyers 1 (60-33)
Weather - dry, no wind but a little chilly.
A return to my former club was a disappointing one and a reversal of last seasons scoreline. A spirited display from Cyril, Pat and Jenny was the only highlight in a match where our opponents were in almost total control and played consistently throughout.
Our next match at Bob Carter Centre has been rearranged for Tuesday 29th April. Team will be - Dave, Pat, Cyril, Dan, Darren and Les. There is also a match this Sunday at Laxfield - Russ has the details (Liz, Mick, Darren and Luke from memory).

Easter Bunny Pairs
Six of us went along from the Bressingham club. The weather was really nice as predicted.
Liz and Mick did well, winning three games from six (two of those against the other Bressingham pairs). Les and Darren pulled off the win of the day against a top pairing of Phil and Marion (especially after being 7-0 down after a couple of ends).
Luke and I had a torrid day especially against the better players with a couple of 13-0 losses in amongst it all but then, something magical happened in the penultimate end of the last game. At 12-6 down, we suddenly produced the best shots we had played all day, scoring six! In the last end, Luke had to produce something spectacular to give us a chance. His boule landed directly on the jack which then ricocheted on other boules to send it skyward and finish on the out of bounds line. A few shots later we had won the game - we felt much better after that.
A special mention to Luke, still only nine years old but his concentration levels were very good throughout the day and wasn't even tired at the end of it (unlike myself). The overall winners (Sophiene and Kim) won six from six and had a massive +60 points total.

Flyers up and runnin'
NCPA Division Three - Bressingham Flyers 3, Norwich White 2 (55-49)
Weather - fairly cold, dry, little wind. Jenny was substituted at the last minute because of an injury. Two fine wins in the triples set us up nicely. Two of the pairs games were very tight and could have gone either way. Well done team.
Next up - Diss Duval at their patch (walking distance for a few of us).
Sunday, 13 April 2014
Big C
Les and I attended the Big C Charity Pairs event in Norwich on Saturday. We had to use every available space as there were a mighty twenty three pairs to fit in. The format was four rounds of timed games. We lost 10-8 in the first round but then three wins followed, 9-8, 13-2 and 13-4. Loads of money was raised for the cause.

KO'd
KO Shield 1st Round - Bressingham Flyers 2, Bob Carter Centre 3
Excellent wins for Les/Darren/Luke and Pat/Jenny. Near miss for Liz/Mick/Diane. Non starters, Les/Mike and Dave/Luke.
Next up, Norwich White at home next Thursday evening (first league match).
Sunday, 6 April 2014
Picture says it all
Bressingham 4, Rumburgh 0 (52-28)
A pleasant surprise when I heard the score (I couldn't be at the match). My old pals Liz and Mick seem to have settled in well. Well done to Russ and the team. Luke and Darren were representing one half of Bressingham earlier on today, playing in the City of Norwich Winter League end of season bash at the cottage.
Team for Thursday is - Les/Darren/Luke, Liz/Mick/Diane, Cyril/Pat, Dave/Luke, Jenny/Mike.

KO match goes to a decider
ASCL KO 1st round - Framsden 2, Bressingham 3
Weather - A lovely sunny day. Their captain turned up late because of the confusion of clocks going over under sideways down. I say split the difference and keep it that way forever! There had to be a winner on the day so the match went to an extra game. Strangely, all my games finished 13-7 (in our favour).
Dave/Harry won 13-7, Les/Mick lost 13-12
Dave/Les won 13-7, Diane/Liz lost 13-1
Dave/Mick won 13-7 (decider)
Thank you to our hospitable hosts who provided some nice grub afterwards. Next up, Rumburgh at home next Sunday 6th April.

Pre-season friendly
Bressingham Flyers 2, Yarmouth Bloaters 3 (43-50)
Went to the wire this one. A great effort from Cyril and Pat who came so close to winning the final game. Good wins for Darren, Liz and Mick in the triples and Les and Dan in the pairs. Thank you to Peter Astle and his mob for making the long journey across. There may be a return match later on in the season.
We play at Framsden on Sunday in the first round of the Suffolk Coastal KO Tournament. Just watch out for the manhole covers people!

Points shared in first match

Lovely setting and the weather was fantastic for our first match in the Adnams Suffolk Coastal league 2014. Two nil down at the halfway stage, Bressingham fought back well to level it.
Darren/Luke lost 13-9, Dave/Daniel lost 13-10, Darren/Diane won 13-11, Les/Daniel won 13-1

Point gained for Cats in last match
Black Cats 1, The Wallies 2
Just myself, Pat and Russ for this one. Did well in the triples for a change but never seemed to get going in the pairs with Mary pulling off some uncanny shots near the end for The Wallies.
Triples - Russ/Dave/Pat won 13-6
Pairs - Dave/Pat lost 13-10
Singles - Russ lost 13-6 (a guess).
We also had the Dees & Ells come along to support (and spy on the opposition as they play them in two weeks time) so thank you to them.

Suffolk Coastal League meeting
Both Russ and I went along. There were a few rumblings and grumblings but no fights broke out.
We are happy with our group even though there will be plenty of travelling. The teams are Laxfield A, Laxfield Ladies, Rumburgh (South Elmham), Carlton Colville (near Lowestoft), Walberswick and of course ourselves (yellow map pins).
Here's Simon's map. Looks like some teams play in the sea! Pic taken by Russ |
The separate KO tournament draw also took place. Bressingham will play Framsden Doberman (will check with Russ re venue).
Thank you to Simon Fletcher (and his little helper) for organising it all. It was a good night.

Mixed fortunes
Excellent win for Dees & Ells at Strumpshaw. Black Cats lose in Norwich but gain a vital bonus point.
I'm too tired to type anything more.

Black Cats gain bonus point
Buckaneers 2, Black Cats 1 (35-26)
Much better performance than last time out. The piste was frozen for a time but it remained dry and sunny for the match. We were trailing 7-0 in the triples but fought back to lead at one stage.
Triples - Dave/Jenny/Pat lost 13-9
Pairs - Jenny/Pat lost 13-4
Singles - Dave won 13-9
Next matches to be played on the 19th January. Black Cats travel to Norwich while Dees & Ells visit Strumpshaw.
Don't forget pre-season meet this Friday (17th).
