The match seemed a bit low key, however we scraped through, Les and Darren winning both their games. Luke (8) also had a win. Good to have Steven back with us (a team mate from yesteryear).

Triples - Dave/Lindsay/Steven won 13-8, Darren/Les/Luke won 13-5. Pairs - Darren/Les won 13-8, Dave/Pat lost 13-8, Steven/Luke lost 13-1.
Thank you to all that helped in setting up and others that brought food and drinks... next match on Sunday against Framlingham Shunters in the 'other' league.
Darren unusual hand action is seting up for a win shot we had a good win in the two game. with Luke puting a good boule in place in the triples game makeing the Diss team using 5 boule to beat it .

I don't choose which pair in our team plays yours. The way it works is that I put my team selection down on my card while the opponents do the same on theirs, then we exchange cards and copy the details, so it's pot luck who you play against. Luke might be eight but he developing well as a team player.
